Return Policy
Products Eligible for Return Require a Return Authorization Number. You must call us to get this number before returning any items.
Many items purchased here at Pszshop.com include our 30 day return/exchange policy, please refer to the lists below for specific details. When returning a product that is eligible for return, you can request an identical replacement item, exchange the product for another product, or request a refund. If the return results from the receipt of damaged or defective product, or from our mistake, we will pay all shipping charges - both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item. If the return is for any other reason then the ones mentioned above you will be responsible for all shipping charges that occurred even if the product shipped free initially. Web orders are printed as entered by the customer. Proofreading orders before submitting them is the responsibility of the customer placing the order. Most of the items on Pszshop.com are kept in our warehouse for immediate shipment. Expedited shipping options are available. Most orders are processed within 30 minutes of receipt and will ship the same day or next business day if received after 2 p.m. ET.
